Amazing company! I fully recommend going with Jim Smith, or George as your realtor. They didn’t just sell our house, they got emotionally, & physically invested with the sale of our house. Even after closing continued to check in to see if we found a new place, safely, & successfully moved. They made a nearly impossible to sell house, get sold. Being an agent for a land-lease brokerage is similar to being a real estate agent but without the hassle. You don't need a license or industry experience when you come to us - we provide all the training and resources you'll need.
Many of our agents live in the same parks and communities they sell in. An Integrity agent is an industry-leading professional but they may also be semi-retired, working seasonally when they're not living elsewhere, or they may be a park resident that only picks up a listing when they hear a neighbor is thinking of selling. Some agents are even real estate agents who want access to the land-lease market.
