I graduated from Spalding University, a Catholic College in Louisville, in May 2003 with a Bachelors in Marketing and a Minor in Business Management. I spent 13 years at PNC Bank as a Licensed Investment Banker then 4 more years with Chase Bank selling and closing personal loans. I have been vacationing the Gulf Coast since I was a child and finally made the plunge to move here in 2022. It is my passion to know all aspects of the housing market here in the SW Gulf Coast of Florida. I spend 3 hours daily studying what is for sale, sold, and marked down.
