Less than 4 miles to Nokomis beach and the North Jetty to enjoy the beach, sunsets and drum circles. Great location for shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and medical facilities including the new Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Easy access to US 41 and I-75. Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport and Punta Gorda Airport are short trip. Spanish Lakes feels like a vacation resort with many amenities and social activities so you never have to leave home for entertainment! The community offers a clubhouse with a stage, library, crafts, ping pong, horseshoes, shuffleboard, billiard room, and a fitness center.  Park is not pet-friendly.
